We need to wash our hands frequently because the hands are used for many activities; we eat work, clean, shake hands with friends etc. We should wash our hands before preparing meals, before and after eating, after using the toilet, after cleaning or changing babies’ diapers. Washing should be done with soap and water. Proper hand washing take should take up to 20 seconds using hand washing soap in a flowing tap

No. Routinely, vaccines are for children less than 1 year of age and for pregnant women. During campaigns, this may be extended to children less than 5 years and all women of childbearing age (15 - 49 years).
